Snr Planning Analyst/Resource Planning

Contract - 6 months
Gibbs S3 are recruiting for an experienced Snr Planning Analyst to join our successful client based in Kirkby.
The position will sit within a large inbound/outbound contact centre environment and will be responsible for:
*Planning and creation of forecasting models and processes
*Plan and management of workforce management to meet demand
*Define and forecast for trends and demands
*Impact analysis in regards to resource planning and the risk of not reaching the customer
*Resource plan management
Experience required
*Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables etc)
*Experience within a resource planning capacity
*Strong stakeholder management experience
*Experience of working within a contact centre environment
