Customer Experience Analyst Financial Services

Gloucester

Our Financial Services client is currently looking for a number of Customer Experience Analysts to join their team in Gloucester on an initial 3 month contract (with likely extension).

You will be working within a mortgages workstream and act as a liaison for any customer experience matters and ensure the customer viewpoint is taken into account. This will involve undertaking root cause analysis into customer complaints and drive customer improvement solutions. You will also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to recommend improvements to customer experience and producing reporting packs to explain progress from the customers perspective.

To qualify for this position you will have proven experience gained within the Financial Services sector (ideally within mortgages environments), as well as the following:
* Experience of working in customer experience/customer side of change/complaint analysis environments.
* Proven experience of managing stakeholders.
* Sound experience of Excel and Powerpoint to manage information and present reports.
