Change and Communication Manager - Belgium - 4 months
Change and Communications Manager required for an initial 3 - 4 month contract role on a 1 -2 year programme based in Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
Key Skills:
- Provide change and communication support to the EMEA regional team in the context of the transformation of the Global IT department (new operating model, new reporting lines, Shared Service Centers, new external partner, new values).
- Looking for somebody who can work in a complex and changing environment, able to partner with the central team in the USA & take the direction from them and align with the other regions;
- Able to drive the change & communication in EMEA Global IT (+-450 persons), manage resistance and coach the EMEA leaders through the transformation.
