Front Office Risk and Controls - Equities and Credit products
My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for a FO Risk and Controls Specialist to join on a contract basis. You will be responsible for the implementation of the many, and growing, pool of Risk and Control activities across ECP. The staff members act as a proactive centralized point across Controls Teams and Business COO's for Risk and Control related programs.
Responsibilities:
- Standardize Governance framework within ECP businesses ensuring consistency, best practices and completeness
- Improve the current MIS/Tracking Dashboards to ensure increased transparency on open items
- Manage the ECP documentation repository
- Facilitate Incidents/Lessons Learned Governance and the Implementation of new group policies
- Standardize the Resolution and Recovery Planning process ensuring consistency, best practices and completeness
- Manage the MARCA Program
- Manage 2015 SIF Reviews
- Produce and Manage Escalation Reporting
- Risk Tolerance: Review/Consistency/Changes
