SENIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:
- Support vendor managers by providing contract administration support for telecom suppliers
- Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets
- Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables
- Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules
- Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings
- Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations
- Partner with National Sourcing and assists in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes
- Represent the company in contract dispute resolution with vendors as appropriate
- Participate in the processes concerning the negotiation, consultation on suppliers, awarding of agreements and supplier performance and improvements
- Ensure contracts are loaded and maintained in contract repository tools (ie, HP Asset Manager and Tangoe)

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 12 years' experience in developing and implementing reports and metrics based on the analysis of the business operations of a business unit, best practices and key business indicators
