SENIOR CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Support vendor managers by providing contract administration support for telecom suppliers
  • Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets
  • Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings
  • Ensure that contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations
  • Partner with National Sourcing and assists in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes
  • Represent the company in contract dispute resolution with vendors as appropriate
  • Participate in the processes concerning the negotiation, consultation on suppliers, awarding of agreements and supplier performance and improvements
  • Ensure contracts are loaded and maintained in contract repository tools (ie, HP Asset Manager and Tangoe)

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in developing and implementing reports and metrics based on the analysis of the business operations of a business unit, best practices and key business indicators
