Profile

Priority 1 - Release Management (workload 35%)
Priority 2 - Testing (work load 40%)
Priority 3 - Hotline (Work load 25%)

Releases

Will have to create releases and fill in the tasks for the releases of the applications
Will have to follow the status of the ongoing releases until GO received (feedbacks,deadlines, )
Has to be able to follow release execution on behalf of the requestor
Could be requested to do tests during the week-end releases and bug fix releases

Testing

Will have to write test cases (QCT usage or decision tables)
Will have to request the needed test data
Will have to do regression tests
Will have to test new projects, based on functional analysis and information received from application KA, and with a criticized capacity
Will have to investigate about problems, to create defects and to contact other teams if problems are on their side (E2E accountability)
Will have to follow project defects

Hotline

Will have to investigate about the problem, to communicate with the concerned people, and to find reason of the problem
Will have to do the needed follow-up and push people until problem resolution
Will have to be able to answer by himself when recurrent questions (problem history)
In case of TOP incident or BCIS or BERT directly impacting our application(s) go to the war room with KA or Team Manager in order to participate to the resolution
