Description
A global biopharmaceutical company, focused on serving patients with severe and rare disorders through innovation, development and commercialisation of life-transforming therapeutic products, requires a CQV Engineer for a 6 month contract role based in Ireland.The client intends to complete CQV on a new filling line in Q3 and require a CQV Process Equipment Engineer to join the team. The role will include fit checking, commissioning equipment and shakedown of new parts + qualifying all the equipment on the new line.
CQV Experience required:
* Extensive Aseptic Filling experience, taking Filling Machine from initial Start-up, through IOC / IOQ
* Temperature mapping experience within vial tunnel
* Qualification experience with RABS, vial washers, capping machine, filler and stoppering
* Experience in writing and execution of PQ’s.
