Our Glasgow based Financial Services client has just re-released their Communications Manager requirement. Driven by a number of key migrations projects over , the role will be joining a central Communications and Customer Journey team focussed on the delivery of a EXTERNAL communications and response management plan.

To be successful in this role and requirement, our client is looking for candidates with the following knowledge and experience;

* Previous experience working as a Communications Manager (externally focussed) within another large Financial Service client - ESSENTIAL
* Demonstrable knowledge & experience around the development and delivery of External (Customer) communications plans including all budgets, timelines & detailed activity deliverables.
* Previous experience of large Business Change/Migration Projects
* A proven understanding of the Customer Journey in Financial Services
* Excellent planning & co-ordination skills
* Excellent Stakeholder engagement & management skills will be absolutely key
