Market Data Services Infrastructure Support Engineer
Hatstand are a specialist Global IT Consultancy operating within the Investment Banking industry. We successfully deliver projects within Front, Middle and Back Office for a number of Tier 1 Investment banks and financial services organisations.
We have a position within a Market Data Infrastructure Engineering team for a consultant.
The role will cover the 3rd lne and you will need the following skillsets:
TREPS/RMDS Engineering and Support
Linux Systems administration
Supporting MDS applications at third line level (Thomson Reuters, Boomberg, Factset)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with support of Thomson Reuters value added applications: DACS, DTS/ATS and Legacy Thomson Systems (Datastream)
- Familiarity with NetAgent Monitoring system
- Experience working in a pressured Banking environment.
- Experience working with Eikon for Excel
- Experience with maintenance and support of contributions systems.
- Experience using helpdesk request management systems
- Ability to work shift pattern and weekends.
This is a Linux based environment and you will need to be able to utilise your Scripting skills (preferably Perl) in order to automate tasks.
