I am currently looking for an interim HRIS Project Manager to support my client to implement a new pay and bonus functionality within their current HR system. The client want to become more automated and efficient in the way they manage their pay and bonus reviews.

You will have strong project management experience and skills. You will set up the plans, governance, reporting and controls to ensure the functionality is delivered within the tight timeframes set out.
You will work closely with the reward, payroll and HR Administration team to ensure the project is progressing on time and to budget as well as providing change management expertise to ensure the teams are ready, engaged and encouraged by the new way of working

Previous HRIS implementation and project management experience is essential
