Competitive Intelligence Manager with a good standard of education or Degree qualified required for a large Healthcare Organisation to develop and manage the processes for Competitive Intelligence gathering and synthesis from multiple sources. The CI will work in close collaboration with the Business Insight Managers, helping to drive successful commercial strategies.

The Competitive Intelligence Manager will be responsible for:

*Providing situational analysis support for business reviews, brand planning, launch readiness assessments, etc. through individual contribution and also management of a team of offshore Competitive Intelligence professionals
*Ensuring the CI needs of the Business Insight Managers and the CSO are captured and tactical plans for their delivery developed.
*Proactively detecting business needs and issues that are currently not being addressed.
*Managing and challenging existing and seeking out new CI agencies in order to continuously optimize CI methodologies and tools.
*Proactively liaising with Company Colleagues to leverage synergies
*Subject matter specialist on all relevant CI methodologies and tools.
*Transferring knowledge to the organization by trainings, in order to help business partners accomplish fact-based decision making.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing outside vendors and working in a highly matrixed environment.

Experience of working in a regulated Industry, Pharmaceutical or Medical would be desirable for this role.
