Description
My client is a leading Insurance House in the City of London. They are looking for Finance Data Analyst's to support the Solvency II Pillar III programme. You will be responsible for understanding the business and data issues, to support the capture of requirements with regards to the decision making process. You will deliver accurate and robust analysis (data & reporting) to develop functional specifications, design end to end functional specifications, all to help deliver the new solution. Day to day you will be working with the technical accounting teams and MI to provide the data analysis and requirements by mapping data from source systems to SII Pillar III reporting requirements. Experience wise you will need to have come from a systems accountant background or demonstrate finance data experience. You don't need to be a qualified accountant and can have come from an actuary background but it would be highly advantageous if you had Solvency II Pillar reporting experience. Further to this it would be good if you have come from an Insurance organisation with a good understanding of the London Market Insurance processes.
