Description
Next ventures is urgently looking for an experienced SAP ChARM expert.The candidate will be responsible to realize and implement the Change Management strategy for the SAP implementation, configuration and setup of SAP Solution manager, probably integration with current Change Management system and collaborate with the release and current test strategies.
He/she Implements the best practices for the Transport Management, follow up with the IT teams on the determination and creation of the ChaRM process flows.
He/she will be the main focal point for setup and enhancements of the SAP ChaRM product and provide leadership for enterprise adoption of ChaRM for managing all SAP change requests.
Provide training and support to the IT teams in the usage of ChaRM with collaboration of Regional Release team.
The candidate needs to be available as soon as possible, preferable the latest from End of march till until the end of the SAP ChaRM implementation (depends the estimated duration to implement and hand-over the SAP ChaRM solution to the involved IT teams)
Job Profile:
Extensive Solution Manager experience.
Must have been through various successful SAP ChARM implementations (with integration with ECC, PI, SRM,BW) .
Strong decision making skills.
Requires strong analytical skills and creativity.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Team player and be able to mentor & motivate the teams
Willing to travel within Europe
Comfortable & able to handle projects with ambiguous requirements
Technical/Functional expertise:
SAP Solution Manager - ChaRM 7.1
Strong SAP Basis/Netweaver TMS skills
Proficient with MS Office applications.
Integration with non SAP tools (HP Service Center, HP ALM -quality center)
