Job Description for OSS/BSS Consultant:
Experience in leading consulting assignments for Telecom Service Provides
Excellent understanding of both Telecom BSS and OSS with emphasis on order management and provisioning custom applications
Should be knowledgeable of eTOM model, TAM and Telecom business processes
Experience in Organizing and leading workshops
Excellent experience in analysing end to end business process by conduction workshops
Experience in delivering As Is Functional specification to be used for fit gap analysis
Experience in leading/creating end to end business process documentation for a Telecom Service provider (included provisioning, repair, billing, operation etc.)
Should have very good written and oral communication skills
Experience in defining, tracking project plan and maintaining action lists
