E2E Radio Network Optimisation Engineer - GSM, UMTS, LTE, Huawei, Ericsson
Our client a leading telecoms organisation is currently searching for a E2E Radio Network Optimisation Engineer for a project based in Colombia. You will work in the performance and optimisation team as a E2E Radio Network Optimisation Engineer and thanks to your in depth knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G (GSM, UMTS, LTE) technologies and optimisation skills, you will analyse, troubleshoot and optimise the network performance identifying issues such as congestion, network parameter tuning and customer complaints etc. You will also be responsible for performing training to engineers regarding optimisation process and methodology.
Essential Skills/Knowledge;
- Strong Experience/knowledge in 2G GSM, 3G UMTS and 4G LTE.
- Network performance management
- Expert knowledge in Radio - 2G, 3G, and LTE optimisation methodology.
- Good knowledge on E2E PS/CS, 2G/3G/4G signalling and protocol layers (A/IU/S1/Gn)
- Reporting and good analytics level
- A strong knowledge in the following vendors Huawei/Ericsson, parameters and equipment's is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in meetings, conferences and presentations are also required.
Languages;
- Spanish and English are mandatory.
