Complaints Assessor/Case Handler/IRHP/FRL/Loans/Redress
Location: City of London
A Big 4 UK Retail Bank are currently recruiting a number of Complaint Assessors/Case Handlers for a Redress currently being run. You will be required to review all documentation and telephone calls held on record to assess the impact of any transactions executed by the customer and assist the traders in the structuring and pricing of the customers rebate.
The successful Complaints Assessor will have recent experience working on a similar project and have experience in the pricing and restructuring of redress payments due to the customers, and have an excellent understanding of IRD Products.
You must meet the below criteria to be considered for the role:
Previous experience on IRD/IRHP redress projects
Excellent understanding of IRD products including pricing and structuring
Exposure to Interest Rate Swaps such as Vanilla, Swaptions, Basis, Cross-currency
In depth understanding of Regulatory requirements, policies, products and procedures
