First Point are delighted to be working with a very well-known company in their search for a Siebel Campaign Insight Analyst to join their team on a contract basis up to a year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Campaign Analyst to work with an agency who is partnered with a household name to assist in the careful analysis and strategy behind nation-wide campaigns! The role is based primarily on client site however will require attendance to the company office - both based in central London.
The Siebel Campaign Analyst will be tasked with full cycle data management and reporting. You will be experienced in manipulating and working closely with SQL databases, able to manually enter tailor made queries in order to get the information that you require. Previous experience working with Siebel is also an absolute must. You will be a highly analytical and insightful individual - understanding data from campaigns and being able to act in a highly advisory capacity to make well informed suggestions moving forward.

*Devise, test and deliver data selections
*Preparation of campaign files
*Managing manual queries in SQL
*Working with stakeholders both internally and on client site
*Maintaining multi-channel campaign data
*Quality assurance
*Data Protection Compliance
You will be a bright and confident individual from a CRM/Campaign management background and as previously mentioned, you will be highly experienced in Siebel. Experiences to date will have encompassed great detail and analytics, not just pulling off automated reports. You will have worked on multi-channel campaigns and be able to comfortably liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
