CRM Campaign Executive - Great Agency - £pd negotiable- London
First Point are delighted to be working with a very well-known London based Agency in their search for a CRM Campaign Executive to join their team on a contract basis for up to six months. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned CRM Campaign Executive to work with an agency who is partnered with a household name to assist in the careful analysis and strategy behind nation-wide campaigns! The role is based primarily at the company offices in central London.
You will be managing the data selection and process software using SQL Queries to ensure data is prepared for use in the companies' campaigns.
Other responsibilities include:
*Reporting back to the Account Director
*Managing complex SQL queries to produce and manipulate data
*Managing a constant workflow, producing multiple high quality reports
*Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
*Extracting and preparation of campaign files
*Input into regular Quality Assurance meetings
*Compliance with European Data Protection laws
*Experience in Siebel or Unica or other CRM tools is highly desirable
You will be a bright and confident individual from a CRM/Campaign background. Experiences to date will have encompassed great detail and analytics, not just pulling off automated reports. You will have worked on multi-channel campaigns and be able to comfortably liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
