Implementation Change Manager

Implementation Change Manager needed for a major project within an international bank in Zurich for 6 months +.

Your tasks:
  • Supervising the global implementation of agreed changes to the operating model and organizational setup
  • Supporting and coaching the corporate communications leaders and staff in delivering against specific TOM implementation activities
  • Regular reporting to Head of Corporate Communications, Corporate Communications COO and implementation lead on implementation progress
  • Timely escalation of any significant implementation challenges


Your experience/skills:
  • Track record of managing and driving TOM or similar implementations
  • Excellent communications skills - ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Change management skills
  • Assertiveness & excellent follow through
  • Able to deliver against agreed objectives without losing stakeholders
  • Languages: Fluent in English both written and spoken, knowledge of German
