Implementation Change ManagerImplementation Change Manager needed for a major project within an international bank in Zurich for 6 months +.
Your tasks:
- Supervising the global implementation of agreed changes to the operating model and organizational setup
- Supporting and coaching the corporate communications leaders and staff in delivering against specific TOM implementation activities
- Regular reporting to Head of Corporate Communications, Corporate Communications COO and implementation lead on implementation progress
- Timely escalation of any significant implementation challenges
Your experience/skills:
- Track record of managing and driving TOM or similar implementations
- Excellent communications skills - ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Change management skills
- Assertiveness & excellent follow through
- Able to deliver against agreed objectives without losing stakeholders
- Languages: Fluent in English both written and spoken, knowledge of German
