Description

Our client in Anderlecht is looking for an IT Support to join the support team. The IT Support will work on client site in Anderlecht to support the local site users for at least 12 months.

The IT Support will:

  • Handle tickets assigned by the Helpdesk to Belgium local site support and address issues promptly in line with the current SLTs.
  • Problem analysis, resolution or escalation.
  • Deploy new hardware, phones (desk & mobile), install software on users computers
  • Update assets in the system.
  • Assist users during their meeting when needed and handle meeting rooms: Video conference, clean cables, monitor, etc.
  • Keep up to date Active Directory objects for to Belgium Sites
  • Assist local support if needed when the work load high and during holiday periods.
  • Occasionally travel to Dendermonde Site or Warehouse located at Wilrijk for support.
  • Report to the Team leader any major issue impacting the users.

The IT Support is/has:

  • at least a good (B2) level in Dutch, French and English
  • generalist Windows, Active Directory and MS Office skills
  • basic SCCM skills
