EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADMINISTRATOR - 6 months - London
Bank of America Merrill Lynch requires Employee Relations Administrator to join their Benefits team. You will be able to develop close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and deliver against bank and business expectations.

All Skills need to be CLEARLY VISIBLE within your CV/Application.

Essential:
* Experience owning end to end requirements/deliverables with consistent examples of success.
* Comfortable interfacing with leaders and business partners across a heavily Matrix environment.
* Demonstrable experience of improving service levels
* Project/change management experience at the contributor level
* BAU refinement of objective measurement and or processes
* Experience of adhering to internal enterprise control teams (audit/risk/compliance); ability to understand their needs and foster effective relationships
* Proficient on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable:
* Experience with managing third parties through SLA's.
* Experience with supply chain sourcing processes
* Exposure to commercial agreements
