Will support the Global Inventory responsibilities area. Provide support in the analytics that are needed to manage inventory. Will be supporting monthly/weekly reporting, E&O and LTB attribute maintenance.
Overview:
Detail oriented individual who will be responsible for supporting the inventory planning organization. Will be responsible for providing analytics and month end updates. In addition, will provide data to support the Inventory goals/metrics. Individual should be able to manipulate complex/large amount of data in a database or Excel. Maintain item attributes in support of the LTB (Last Time Buy) Process.
Responsibilities:
Monthly reporting of Inventory - Update files with the current info and provide trends
Aging Report - Generate reporting that identifies inventory into aging buckets at a site/subinv level.
Buyback Inventory - Help with maintaining the inventory balances as well as reconciling the balances.
LTB Attribute Maintenance - Update LTB codes in systems, Ad Hoc inventory analysis, etc.
E&O Process - Assist in compiling the weekly data for the meetings.

SKILLS:
Qualifications:
BS degree in Business.
Strong MS Excel proficiency required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manipulate large, complex sets of data
Financial background a plus
Detail Oriented
Oracle Experience a Plus
