Component Engineer - Merseyside - 56 Weeks - £20/hr/Ltd
My client is a highly successful Automotive company who has an opportunity for a Component Engineer to join them on a 56 weeks contract basis out of their Merseyside offices in Halewood.
Duties:
+ Responsible for the development and delivery of new amplifiers and the reapplication of existing amplifiers
+ Responsibility will be primarily project delivery focussed
+ Some responsibility for overseeing supplier SW delivery
+ Ensuring specifications are translated into test requirements
+ Run weekly reviews with the supplier
+ Escalating any issues to the Amplifier Team Leader
+ Working alongside the Amplifier Team Leader and other component and SW engineers to manage Tier 1 supplier through the design and development process.
Skills:
+ Electronic development exposure within Automotive environment
+ Amplifier knowledge
+ Strong communication skills
