Position Description
The Change Management Process Improvement Responsible is responsible for the remediation of the current change management process to:
•prevent unauthorized changes by implementing detection mechanisms for these changes;
•simplify the current change process and service acceptance criteria and combine it with the risk govern process to manage waived service acceptance criteria.
He should act as a coach to senior leaders, business owners, project and department leaders, and executives in helping them fulfill their role in the change management process.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and formalize a detailed Change / Release Management process per service provider (external parties)
Develop a Data Personalization Process design and algorithm per application
Develop a SOX-aligned Control Documentation Procedure & Change Management Responsibility Reporting
Design tooling to embed the change management process, service acceptance criteria and controls
Validate and agree the design document with IT Providers and IT Risk Steering Committee
Conduct readiness assessments; evaluate results and present findings and solutions in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
Consult and coach project teams, senior leaders and management on the change management process and importance of organizational readiness
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Masters degree required
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of IT change management principles
Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal and presentation; ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Excellent active listening skills
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Strong analytic and decision making abilities
Experience in working in regulated environments (e.g. SOx)
IT processes related certificates is a plus (e.g.ITIL, CISM, CISA, BPMN…)
