Digital Marketing Manager - Bracknell - 12 Month initial Contract - £Competitive

We are currently looking for a new Digital Marketing Manager to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 Month Contract.

Key Role Duties
*Create, deploy and manage the digital marketing strategic plan across all UK & Ireland operations.
*Define, build and manage a core central digital marketing services team, to drive the corporate and divisional level digital marketing plans.
*Manage the strategy and delivery of all online customer acquisition programmes, spanning SEO/PPC/Display & paid social advertising.
*Work with marketing teams to establish brand and division specific social media strategy and programmes across the business UK's Social Channels.
*Establish an actionable framework and tool kit for social selling and social Key Account Management.
*Drive implementation and support the multi-channel delivery, of best practice content marketing initiatives.
*Manage the delivery and process optimisation of all email marketing campaigns as part of the wider customer contact strategy across all UK divisions.
*Responsible for the management and performance of the business & the role out of new platforms, technologies & web development programmes (Fuze).
*Create and manage brand level acquisition, content and contact strategies and campaigns to support and integrate with the wider businesses divisions.
*Work with the divisions to establish seamless digital integration with our on and offline distributors and direct eCommerce channel.
*Formulate and champion multichannel analytics to constantly improve and innovative digital strategy across the company and report metrics and insight into senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
*Provide coaching, training and consultancy into marketing managers, executives and external channel partners to build and drive their digital marketing strategic plans.
*Guiding and influencing senior stakeholders to director level to achieve buy in, financial backing and project support in critical digital projects.
*Collaborate with European and Global corporate digital marketing teams in delivering and consulting on specific programmes and accelerating their deployment across the UK region.
*Investigate, analyse and implement new digital marketing initiatives, through ongoing research and proactive learning of online trends and technologies, whilst effectively communicating back to the UK & Ireland organisation.
