Technical Routing Support Analyst/Incident Manager position is open at our client who is a prestigious multinational company. They are looking for new talents to their continuously growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for talents who are not afraid of new challenges and want to be a part of a dynamic international team. This contract is initially for 4-month period but the most of the times the contracts are extended or made permanent.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Participate as a team member in the management of critical production systems
* Be responsible for one or more local/global production systems, routing incident issues to the correct support team
* Major Incident Support Management
* Being the main point of contact for setting up a major incident support call and mobilizing the required resources
* Ensure each reported problem is resolved in a timely manner (per SLA), tracked according to standards and escalated as appropriate
* Communicate problem resolution and additional information to customer groups, project team and IT application management groups
* Participate in project team activities prior to release and contribute to documentation requirements as appropriate
* Work independently within established procedures and process
* Work with other members of the project team, IT application management groups (Helpdesk, Network, Operations, etc.) and customer groups

Required Skills & Experience:
* Information Technology related qualification at diploma/degree level
* Skilled in IT Operations frameworks: MOF/ITIL/ISO 2000
* Minimum of 3 years experience in service industry or support operations driving global incident management
* Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to effectively work with diverse range of peers and customers
* Sound understanding of SQL, BizTalk and SharePoint
* Understanding of project life cycle and deployment methodologies
* Be able to work both independently and participate in a team environment
* Excellent customer service skills - a can do approach to working with customers towards resolving issues
* The ability to quickly learn new technologies and concepts
* Ability to communicate technical and business problems in a non-technical manner.
