Building and Structures/Dartford/Excellent rate
GCS Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Estimator to join an infrastructure services company delivering vital services in transportation and the built environment. My client has recently won a multi-million pound mixed use residential and commercial lead project.
They are looking for an Estimator experienced with working with Building and structures eg railway arches on behalf of Transport for London.
My client is actively looking for an experienced (at least 6-7 years post graduate), commercially minded individual to join their successful team.
You will have strong experience with the following:
- Using schedule of rates/first principles
- Sub-contractor negotiations/management
It would also be advantageous if you have had previous Quantity Surveying experience however this is not essential.
