- > 6 years' experience as SAP Solution Manager
- >5 successful SAP CHarM Implementations (integration with ECC,PI,SRM,BW)
- Leadership qualities
- Analytic skills
- Team player and being able to mentor a team
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel to South East Europe when requested by the client
- Experience in SAP Solution Manager - Charme 7.1
- SAP Basis/Netweaver TMS experience
- MS Office
- Integration with non-SAP tools (HP Service Centre, HP ALM-QC)
