The EMEA Sales Director will report to the Chief Sales Officer and be responsible for leading the EMEA sales team. The Sales Director will lead a team of Territory Sales Reps who are responsible for developing and closing new business within the assigned territory as well as creating opportunity within and finalizing sales of our current customer base while increasing revenues within the assigned region. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing the EMEA sales team which will include interviewing, hiring, and developing employees to ensure Territory Sales Reps have a superior knowledge of Taxware solutions and sales process. The Sales Director will be assigned a sales plan which will become the core element of the Sales Director?s annual scorecard.Give a brief summary of the function profile.
