Job Description
• Presentation of implementation concepts to client's stakeholders
• Analysis of "As-Is" processes and identification of change requirements for "To-Be" processes (Fit/Gap)
• Planning and roll-out preparation of work packages
• Identification and removal of potential road-blocks
• Definition of change requirements
• Organization of user tests and training
• Completion of readiness checks
• Execution to plan
• Functional leadership of roll-out team
• Coordination of client's acceptance and buy-in
• Tracking and reporting of roll-out status
• Regular alignment with Program Management
Must Haves

• International SAP Roll-out experience
• Leadership experience
