My NHS client based in South London is currently recruiting for a Continuing Healthcare Discharge Coordinator to work with them for a 3 month period of work.Essential skills:
- Continuing healthcare experience
- Clinical registration
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to manage caseload
- Ability to 'hit the ground running'
- Ability to get buy in from senior members of staff
This is a minimum 3 month contract with a start date of early April. Day rate is negotiable.
