Quality Assurance - Contract Position
Our Client is a leader in the world of Global Retailing. My client although established for some time has a start-up feel and are expanding. They are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to join their team in Dublin 15 on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience as a functional tester with some automation experience. You will be testing features as they are developed.
The company are 100% Irish owned and are expanding, they are hoping to double their IT team within 12 months, so although the company are well established, they still have that start-up feel. The successful candidate will be working with large international brands. The company are also in the process of putting a stock option in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be testing features as they are being developed
- You will raise & track defects, highlight potential risks
- You will ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
- Work alongside a growing team
- Develop process improvement initiatives
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience functional testing.
- Testing of systems developed in .NET, C#, ASP.NET and SQL Server
- Experience working in an E-commerce or logistics company
- Experience doing some automation experience
- Agile/SCRUM experience
- Enthusiastic, energetic, used to a highly complex, fast paced environment
- Strong analytical, organization and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
