Description
I am looking for a Front End lead who will be part of implementing a new CMS for one of my largest E-commerce clients
the project is to work with new CMS my client will implement. They will implement Content Management System CQ5 from Adobe on their projects. The implementation is done by two implementation teams working in parallel. The person I am looking for now will be a Front End lead & developer in one of the two teams and also ensure the Front End implementation in the project.
Task
Rapid prototyping of Front End for implementation for end users and for content editors in Adobe CQ5 CMS. Produce re-usable components for implementation in multiple backends. Stand for implementation expertise (HTML/CSS/Javascript) when the team discuss the sketches and prototypes. Support the Back End developers to connect the Front End to Back End during implementation. Maintain and improve toolchain through delegation or development
Specific Competence
Required Skills/qualifications
10+ years of experience of full stack development with a primary focus on modern Front End technologies
Experience with modern technologies like node.js, gulp, sass, stylus, modernizr, browserify, jQuery, angular.js, GIT
Experience from working in a diverse development environment in a large organization
Experience from working with an Enterprise CMS
Experience from leading and mentoring developers in their daily work
Experience of REST-based integration from multiple back ends
Self-motivated with the ability to plan both long and short term and execute your own agenda based on project needs
Able to communicate with multiple stakeholders across multiple systems
Experience in developing user interfaces for external web sites and mobile applications.
Long and proven experience of Front End web development
Experience in developing large scalable web sites
Excellent skills of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
Experience with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, Sublime text, or similar
Excellent skills in ensuring cross browser compatibility & progressive enhancement
Experience in prototyping in HTML or other tools like Axure etc
Very good understanding of web design
Excellent understanding of semantic responsive design
Excellent understanding of Mobile first and Progressive enhancement principles
Desirable:
Automated Test such as Karma, Selenium, Cucumber or similar
Continuous delivery
