Customer/Client Debt Collections Advisor
Salary/Rate: £7.00 to £9.00 per hour
Location: Crawley
Shift: Full Time hours Monday to Friday
6 months on going contract
Collections Advisors are sought to join this company's call centre in Crawley, to communicate with business customers and find a suitable way to clear their overdue accounts delivering outstanding customer service. The organisation is an established debt purchaser who focuses on both commercial and consumer accounts focused heavily on the delivery of excellent customer service.
They are now looking for Collections Advisors, who either live in West Sussex or can commute to Crawley, with a confident phone manner, who can effectively and positively manage customer situations negotiating a resolution with them.
The ideal Collections Advisor will possess:
- Experience of call handling to a high standard is preferred
- The ability to remain calm when under pressure
- Collections or Complaint experience preferred
- Call Centre or Telephone experience; preferred but not essential
- Customer Service focus and drive
- Excellent communication skills
To succeed in this job role as a Collections Advisor you will be expected to:
- Treat all customers and colleagues in a fair and appropriate manner
- Negotiate balances, settlements and payment plans in accordance to the customer's needs
- Competently use the clients' in-house system
- Be organised and efficient
