Unix System Administrator
To €300 per day
Brussels, Belgium
Unix Systems Administrator with the following skills for a leading public sector organisation;
- Unix Administration
- Shell Scripting (Korn, Bash, Bourne)
- Apache Web Server configuration
- IP Networking knowledge in protocols, Firewall and DMZ
Any experience of the following a plus;
- Solaris 10/11: Idoms, Zones, ZFS
- NetApp Data OnTap
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks in the environment and;
Managing Solaris 10/11 Servers, including tuning and Scripting
Monitoring correct operations of the sstems and perform error detection tests
Conduct computer diagnostics
Backups
Managing access security at all levels
You will also be prepared to undergo Security Clearance.
