Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities:Provide 2nd-level support of the Microsoft SCCM software suite (covering over 100,000 clients).
Creation of Configuration Manager Packages and Programs or Applications to be used in deployments. Create/modify existing task sequences for complex deployments
Monitoring of Content replication and Deployment status.
Create reports to support business partners or IT requests.
Provide deployment status reports as requested.
Troubleshoot SCCM client issues and performance issues.
SKILLS:
Required Qualifications:
Computer related or Four year College Degree (or equivalent)
Three years of IT job-related experience
Previous SCCM Experience
Technical understanding of Windows Client OS
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Client OS issues
Strong teamwork and initiative; highly accountable and dependable; ability to multitask and work independently
Strong communication skills (written and oral), Ability to document processes well.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience creating SQL Queries.
SQL server experience.
PowerShell Scripting experience.
Understanding of server infrastructure and operating systems
Experience working with Remedy
