Job Description:- Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code.
- Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
Position Requirements:
- May require a Bachelor's Degree in a related area and at least 10 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (ie, SQL, C++, HTML, CGI and JavaScript).
- Strong Oracle background and relational database experience
- Ability to develop SQL queries, preferably PL/SQL experience
- MQ Series message flow development
- Java Programming and Web Development
- ASP/ASP.NET Programming and Web Development
- Understanding of electric utilities and related IT systems
- Working knowledge of Windows and Unix server and Workstation environments
