Executive Assistant

This is an urgent temporary role for 3 weeks and the proposed rate is approximately £19ph.

Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties, which includes preparation of correspondence, opening & sorting mail, sending faxes, photocopying, filing, answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, handling office supplies, dealing with the office building, IT etc. Has responsibility for complex and confidential secretarial and administrative assignments. Has advanced computer and process skills with a detailed understanding of the operation of the organization. Has strong communication skills.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Handles complex and confidential and administrative assignments
- Organizes meetings and seminars involving third parties management
- Keeps Management Team informed about all meetings, appointments, due dates of reports and other time oriented requirements
- Answers phone calls and handle requests for information at an advanced level
- Set up and maintain the office
- Arranges travel schedules and reservations
- Welcome visitors and new employees to the office
- Handles the purchasing requirements of the office
- Prepares formal letters, interoffice correspondence and miscellaneous documents, proofreads work for accuracy and composes correspondence and responses to inquiries on own initiative
- Sets up and maintains records and filing
- Provides supervision and training of others
- Completes the required training

Employee may be assigned other duties in addition to or in lieu of those described above, and any duties are subject to change at any time according to the needs of the company.

This role is based in London and the successful candidate must be available immediately.
