I'm currently recruiting for an interim Resourcing Manager to join an Acute Trust in Greater London. You will be responsible in providing operational HR service to clinical and non clinical directorates ensuring an efficient and timely recruitment service is provided at all stages of the process.Key Skills:
- Must have experience managing a recruitment function in an NHS Acute Trust environment
- Experience creating and implementing recruitment and selection strategies
- Understanding of employment legislation, policies and procedures, terms and conditions and good HR practice
This position is for initially a 3 month interim with an opportunity to go substantive.
