Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager, Finance; Wealth Management Information Services - Global Private Bank
Experienced BA/PM required to liaise with business units and technology teams based in Asia and in Europe, to define and analyze functional requirements in order to deliver IT artifacts as needed.
Main Missions of the role;
- Critically evaluate information from multiple sources/channels to distinguish user requests from true needs
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision for WMIS within Finance domain for Asia
- Act as key liaison between business units and technology teams
- Execute change management plan with users of the solutions
Responsibilities;
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers in multiple geographical locations to analyze functional requirements and deliver IT artifacts as needed.
- Define requirements focusing on users needs
- Drive and challenge business units of how plans will be successfully executed
- Strong analytical and product management skills required in order to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Actively work with Finance BA Domain Head (located in Singapore) to manage team growth.
Requirements;
- Experienced profile - Masters Degree with minimum of 5 years experience in Banking and/or as a Business Analyst with hands-on project experience in Finance, Management Control and Commercial follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills required
- Good understanding of Wealth Management domains and activities (Front to Back Office/Credit/AML/Finance) will be an advantage
- Results oriented individual with strong autonomy - project management experience required
- Strong experience in projects establishing a PM process methodology (ie Agile SCRUM/CMMI/Waterfall SDLC)
