Global Payments Director - Northampton
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Bank in Northampton as Global Payments Director.

The role holder will be required to:
A business change management specialist will lead the business engagement and benefits realisation team playing a key role in ensuring the Programme delivery meets the business objectives on time and on budget by increasing customer & colleague adoption of the change through usage. This person will focus on the people side of change which will include changes to business processes, systems & technology with oversight of organisation structures.
Key responsibilities will include ownership of business alignment & engagement, work stream delivery through collaboration with the project team, benefits managements & value realisation.

  • To work alongside senior product, customer solutions, operational & technical colleagues to deliver the agreed scope.
  • Define a structured methodology for business engagement and benefits realisation
  • Work closely with the heads of change and other members from the Programme team across Ops, Technology, Sales, Commercial etc to shape and deliver a customer & colleague led deliverable
  • Responsible for assessing the business, customer, and colleague impacts - Managing business prioritising of Programme deliverables.
  • Act as a point of escalation for foundation specific project related issues, and as a point of co- ordination for all change requests
  • Whilst this role will have line management responsibility for upto 8 product delivery managers/Business SME's, this person will also have to work through many others within the organisation to ensure successful delivery.

Key skills/experience:
Essential

  • Working knowledge of and ability to apply the following: New Product Introduction Approval

Process (NPA) & Prince 2 methodology.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach.
  • Organised individual with a natural inclination for planning strategy.
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
  • Detailed knowledge of corresponding competitor products, their capabilities, pricing, brand and reputation

Preferred

  • Experience of cards and/or financial services
  • Broad business and industry knowledge and expertise
  • Proven people management
  • Experience in finance within large, complex organisation
