My client, a leading public sector organisation, is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join their team onsite in London. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be working alongside a skilled team, responsible for providing expert commercial input to the customers. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of major contract and project experience.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
*The individuals would be responsible to providing expert commercial input to the customers
*To develop and execute a strategy for procurement and delivery of the priority programmes.
*Develop and maintain business relationships.
*They will be working across a range of categories and will lead on strategically important procurements/contract reviews.
Key Knowledge and Skills
*Major project (high value, high profile or complex) experience
*Public sector commercial experience
*Managing challenging stakeholders
*Major contract management experience (desirable)
