The Analyst is part of the Records Management team, providing support in the areas of record life cycle management, IT records management systems, and customer support. This position will perform system assessments for the decommissioning of electronic systems, prior to the information being stored in an electronic archive.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate incoming system assessments in the Records Help Desk tracking system.
  • Check assessment forms for accuracy.
  • Review each system assessment form for overall completion before assigning to a SME.
  • Work with IT to resolve gaps.
  • Add Type, Subtype and Assigned Technician to ticket.
  • Add Requestor name, creating new entry if needed.
  • Route ticket to SME (analyst) who will complete review.
  • This position will assist in performing searches in the electronic archive for the Legal, Tax, and Audit teams.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with focus in Quality Systems, IT or Document/Records Management or equivalent.
  • Must display integrity and personal accountability for results.
  • Must have respect for individuals and the diverse contributions of all.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a records/document management or operations role.
  • IT system(s) experience of 3-5 years.
  • Knowledge of records life cycle management is recommended.
  • Must have excellent partnering and customer interaction skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, etc.).
  • Have ability to eliminate or minimize barriers to progress.
