Complaints business support Co-ordinator NHS, CCG CSU IOSH
Methods Professional Services requires and experienced NHS Complaints and Business Support Co-ordinator to join the Corporate Affairs/Business Support team. Our client in central London is looking for someone to provide at least 3 months service but this is likely to be extended. The successful candidate must be a complaints expert as will be responsible handling complaints so must fully understand the rules and legislation.
Skill Requirements:
- Complaints expert. Experience of handling complaints and the knowledge of the legislation. This is a priority and a key piece of short listing. No compromises on this one.
- Customer Service. Delivering to high standard to also helping make sure the team is.
- Answering of public enquiries. These come through the public enquiries inbox and telephone.
- Qualification (IOSH) in Health & Safety would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience with investigations.
- Assisting Business Manager with annual performance work. Annual reports, quarterly reports around complaints and incidents,
- The role also has an element of fire-fighting. The Business Support unit is a central function tasked with managing the floor of the CCG. The role will have a degree of interaction with all departments with various questions. This will require work on finding solutions to these problems.
- Minute taking would be a great help. There is no direct responsibility/assigned meetings to minute it is acting as a back-up should the need arise.
