Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities:. Understand annual renewal or lease expiration of asset expense for proper planning
. Entry and tracking of Capital Request within the Capital Request Process
. Performing procurement processes
. Perform Monthly Rolling Business Model (RBM) process
. Update procedural documentation
. Facilitate department capital asset tracking, impairment and reporting of Division assets to Business Services Department
. Provide tool support and facilitate annual section/division business planning to be provided to Department Management and the Business Services Department
Skills/Qualifications:
. Knowledge and experience with procurement of IT infrastructure.
. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Pivot tables
. Computer related or Business related 4 year College or University Degree (or equivalent)
. 3 to 5 years relevant IT job-related business experiences
. Knowledge of the latest technology in computing hardware and software and current business processes and tools
. Exceptional accountability and business acumen skills.
. Exceptional written and oral communication skills capable of communicating with senior management, external vendors, and technical experts.
. Proven ability to build trust through effective team and customer relationships.
. Strong analytic and organizational skills.
