Description
My client is urgently seeking a Site Manager to be based in Liverpool for an initial 12 week contract. There is potential for further extension after this date.
Pay Rate: 20 GBP/hour
You will be the site manager on a social housing site, doing mostly asbestos removal and other refurbishment and planned maintenance.
Essential Skills:
Social housing experience
Refurbishment or planned maintenance experience
Essential Qualifications:
Health and Safety certification
Asbestos Awareness qualification
SSSTS or SMSTS
