SENOVO IT is urgently looking for a SAP CS Consultant to join a long term assignment based in Poland, Warsaw, he/she will have at least 6 years of Customer Service experience, specifically a clear and good understanding of service contract process, Rental and leasing process. good integration with SAP FI/CO/MM.
The SAP CS Consultant will have experience in conducting workshops, Fit-gap analysis, testing, Key and end user training and support.
The SAP CS Consultant will have solid experience in creating functional and technical specifications, excellent customers' handling skills. In order to apply for this role you must speak fluent Polish and English
