Position-SAP CS (CUSTOMER Service)
Location-Warsaw, Poland
Duration-3 to 6 months
Must have minimum 6+plus years of SAP Experince
Need basis travel to Gdynia
Has good understanding of SAP CS(Customer service module)
Must Have minimum 2 End to End SAP implementations or Rollout Expereince in Poland
Proficient in Polish and English (Bilingual) is must
clear understanding of Service Contract Process, Rental and LEasing process
Very Good understanding of SAP CS and SD integration with FICO/MM/etc
Expereince in conducting Business Process workshops, Fit-Gap analysis,Testing, key and End user training and support
Experience in creating functional and technical specifications
Excellent Customer handling skills
