Beacon Hill Technologies is currently searching for an experienced Software Support/Help Desk analyst with accounting experience. Qualified candidates must have Technical support/customer service and a background in accounting. The accounting experience can be either professional or academic.

Request Details:
This position serves as a contact to assist with research, problem resolution, questions, and quality customer service. Works closely with other team members to gain knowledge and transfer support information within the team. Responsible for troubleshooting and providing clear and complete documentation of user problems and requests. Properly transfers and escalates dealer issues when appropriate. Meets established metrics of phone usage, Knowledge Base Usage and Knowledge Base Resolution
