A global, biopharmaceutical company are seeking a CQV Engineer for a large delivery of new laboratory equipment. Our Ireland-based client has recently expanded their site and introduced a new state-of-the-art aseptic fill finish facility.The successful candidate will own the following skills:
• Extensive experience with qualification of the following chemistry equipment - HPLC’s, Gas Chromatography, UV’s & microbiology equipment
• IQ/OQ/PQ stages for new and existing equipment
• Solid laboratory equipment validation experience; ideally previous start-up or installation experience
• Preferably you will have laboratory/computerised laboratory validation experience
• Experience with VITEK is desirable
Responsibilities include:
• Assess all the qualification and equipment documentation
• Supervise the vendors who will complete the IQ / OQ on the laboratory equipment
• Perform any additional qualification tasks as required
• Complete the PQ qualification of the laboratory equipment
• Responsible for unpacking the laboratory equipment, taking it out of the box and ensure it gets through PQ
